Ramsar Royal Palace
Ramsar Royal Palace or Marble Palace is one of the most exquisite works of the Pahlavi era in Iran. This palace was commissioned by Reza Khan Pahlavi in 1316 and was used as the residence of the royal family until the revolution of 1357. Mohammadreza Pahlavi, the Shah of Iran, and his second wife Soraya Esfandiari, the Queen of Iran, spent their honeymoon in this palace. The palace building is located in the middle of a garden with an area of 60,000 meters, where the first modified citrus seedlings and rare decorative plants were planted in this garden, and it is one of the most interesting and diverse gardens in Iran.
